About Aidan
Hello! I’m a Sports & Exercise Science graduate and currently studying dietetics, which allows me to combine exercise science with evidence-based nutrition guidance. I’m passionate about helping people improve their health, energy, and overall wellbeing through practical, sustainable strategies.
I’m constantly updating my knowledge by exploring the latest research in sports performance, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits, and I apply these insights not only to improve my own running and fitness but also to support my students in reaching their personal goals.
My approach is interactive, personalised, and practical, giving you tools and confidence to make healthy choices that fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to enhance fitness, learn about nutrition, or develop healthier habits, I tailor each lesson to your goals and level of experience.

I take a practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition and healthy living, focusing on making lessons interactive, engaging, and tailored to your goals. My aim is to help you develop knowledge and habits you can apply in daily life, rather than simply memorising theory.
Teaching Methodology & Techniques:
Lessons are interactive and discussion-based, with opportunities to ask questions throughout.
I use real-life examples, visual aids, and simple meal planning exercises to make concepts easy to understand.
Sessions are goal-oriented, focusing on what matters most to you — improving energy, fitness support, or general wellbeing.
Typical Lesson Length:
45–60 minutes per session (can be adjusted to suit your schedule or focus areas).
Qualifications & Experience:
Sports & Exercise Science degree — strong foundation in human physiology, metabolism, and fitness principles.
Currently studying dietetics — expanding knowledge in nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance.
Experience coaching fitness and lifestyle goals, helping people understand and apply nutrition in practical ways.
