About Pedro
I am passionate about biochemistry, as a student of food engineering and nutrition this subject is part of my daily life. I intend to specialize more and more, with postgraduate, master's and doctorate degrees and continue learning more about this fascinating side of nature.
Biochemistry is logic, it is a sequence of knowledge that the more it increases, the more it makes you understand the world around you.
I want to share this with people, with my future patients and students.

Studying biochemistry is understanding how the world works, from enzymes to the metabolism of humans or other living beings.
Classes will be online through google meet and the topics I can cover in classes are:
Biochemistry of nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and lipids)
Enzymes (Induced fit, key lock, Kmedium, among other subjects)
human metabolism
Fermentation
Classes are mainly intended for students of health and food technology courses, whether technical or higher
