About Richard
I have been blessed in my career thus far with some wonderful mentors, role models and nurses I’ve been able to learn a great deal from. I find it incredibly rewarding working one to one with my students to build their confidence, support their particular learning needs, find and build the nursing career pathway that’s perfect for them. I believe nurses are at their very best when we are lifting each other up. My approach is holistic and responsive to what your specific goals and needs are. I can support you extensively with: Career goal setting: short, medium and long term Job application writing, practice interviews and feedback Academic writing, essay planning competencies and proof reading Clinical assessment skills, clinical knowledge and case scenario discussions.

I’m an experienced nurse who’s worked both in and out of the hospital setting, and have built a strong career in autonomous, advanced general practice. I mentor and coach student nurses and newly qualified nurses across the country, working with them in a tailored way, that responds directly to their own needs, and helping them to build highly rewarding fast-tracked careers. I also work with my clients to support them with essay planning skills, academic writing skills and as a sounding board for academic matters.
