About Yesha
Hi! I’m Yesha, a Computer Science student at NTU with a passion for teaching. I enjoy helping young learners gain confidence and improve in Math and Science. I’ve worked both in tuition centers and 1-to-1 settings, and I find it deeply rewarding to see students grow and achieve their goals. With a patient, clear, and structured teaching style, I aim to make learning enjoyable and effective for every student I teach.

Techniques and teaching methodology: • I focus on conceptual understanding and critical thinking, not just memorization. I break down complex topics into simpler parts and adapt my teaching to suit each student’s learning pace. • I give extra questions on weak areas and use test papers from various schools to expose students to different question types. • I create and provide custom worksheets and summary notes to help students revise efficiently. • I monitor progress closely and adjust my teaching strategies accordingly. Lesson Duration: • A typical lesson 1.5-2 hrs, depending on the student’s focus and needs. Qualifications/Experience: • I’m currently studying Computer Science at NTU. • I’ve tutored multiple Primary-level students 1-to-1 and worked as a relief teacher at 5 Star Tuition Centre, teaching English, Math, and Science. • My students have shown significant improvement—for example, from AL7 to AL4 in PSLE Science, and from failing to 70 marks in Math. Who Are My Lessons For: • Primary school students (P1–P6) preparing for school exams and the PSLE • Secondary school students(S1-S4) preparing for school exams and the O Levels. • Students who need help building foundational understanding and exam confidence in Math and Science
