About Marta
I'm Marta, a Hatha vinyasa and Aerial yoga instructor. I will guide you in your search for integral well-being and body-mind balance. Through yoga you will develop your flexibility, your strength and your confidence. You will enjoy a more agile body and a more quieta nd peaceful mind.

1h 15 min yoga session 100% tailored for you. We work on breathing (pranayama) and physical postures (asanas).
Breathing is the bridge to the present moment and it helps focusing our mind. It is the basis for a good state of health (physical, mental and emotional) and has a direct impact on the nervous system.
Thanks to the different sequences of postures offered by yoga,our body becomes less stiff and more flexible. You will feel the benefits quickly.
And if you have a support at home to hang the fabric, you'll love trying aerial yoga. We use the support of the fabric (hammock) to gain flexibility, strength and confidence. Some of the postures are upside down, thus benefits the circulation and distribution of blood and energy (chi) throughout the body.
