My name is Monique Manily and I’m from Philadelphia, Pa. My journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, driven by a passion to help and care for individuals during their times of need. As I sought to transition into a new career, I remained committed to this purpose. This led me to the field of fitness and health. My mission is to support people of all ages in staying active and achieving their fitness goals.
