About Tash
Feel good and feel strong whilst you workout is my mantra. Whether you’ve never done a Pilates class before or you’ve done 100, every ‘body’ is welcome. Nourish your body with movement and feel deeply connected to your mind and body.
Seeing clients leave a class feeling so good physically and mentally and feeling ready for the day ahead is one my favourites parts of teaching.
Every class and exercise is designed for you to have fun and move your body at a pace that works well for you. Feel good about working out and find gratitude for your body.
I hope this is a space for you to find joy, learn, and feel inspired.

Leave a class feeling stronger, lengthened and lighter. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, craving a gentle flow or a burner, there’s something for everybody.
Using your own body weight and props if needed and available, I offer different types of classes.
The Signature Sculpt: I focus on the BALSA burn - Booty, Abs, Legs, Shoulders + Arm burn. Also targeting muscles you didn’t know existed.
The Beginner Basics: A more gentle, slower-paced class focusing on correct alignment. You’ll get to know the basics of Pilates and get a description of each exercise. A great open level class that will build your knowledge in Pilates and prepare you for more challenging classes.
The Edit Sculpt: Looking to sculpt specific muscles? I can tailor a program specifically for you.
Feel energised, more connected and stronger through body and mind.
All classes are 45 mins.
