About Khanya
Hello future students!
My name is Khanya Masumpa, and I am a passionate geography tutor with a strong background in both teaching and practical experience. Having served as a Transformation and Diversity Officer in the Student Representative Council at Northwest University, I have honed my leadership and mentorship skills. My academic journey, combined with my practical experience in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), equips me with a unique perspective that I bring to each lesson.
Why I Want to Tutor
I want to tutor geography because I believe that understanding our world is essential for making informed decisions and appreciating the interconnectedness of human and environmental systems. Geography isn't just about maps and locations—it's about understanding cultures, economies, and the natural forces that shape our planet.
