About Thor
I grew up in Finland, a country known for resilience, honesty, and balance with nature. These values shaped me deeply and continue to guide how I work with people today. My path into coaching began with a strong curiosity about how people grow, heal, and change. Over the years, I studied Finnish and European psychological methods that are both practical and deeply human.
Now I bring these methods into coaching for individuals, couples, and LGBTQ clients.
Clients often tell me they feel seen, supported, and safe to speak honestly. I help them find clarity in conflict, strength in uncertainty, and new possibilities when they feel stuck. Coaching with me is not about endless analysis, it’s about real conversations that open new directions.

Coach who works with individuals, couples, and LGBTQ clients seeking clarity, change, and stronger relationships. My approach is rooted in Finnish and Scandinavian psychology, known worldwide for being progressive, practical, and deeply human and nature connected.
I use methods that create change in a short time. These include:
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which helps people move quickly from problems to solutions.
Open Dialogue Approach, which creates open and safe conversations for couples and families.
Nordic Positive Psychology, which builds resilience, balance, and well-being.
Together, these methods offer simple but powerful tools for transforming mindsets and relationships, resolve conflicts.
Clients often come to me during conflict, transition, or when they feel stuck. In coaching, I help them see new perspectives, discover hidden strengths, and create practical steps forward. My work is not about long analysis. It is about progress, clarity, and real results that can be felt in everyday life fast.
I specialise in:
Couples coaching: rebuilding trust, cheating partners, improving communication, international couples, resolving conflict between partners or in families.
LGBTQ coaching: safe space for identity all sexes and genders, sexuality and sex in relationships, and personal growth, loneliness among collective etc
Personal development: increasing resilience, confidence, and direction in life, objective thinking and self-therapy counselling.
My style is warm, respectful, and collaborative. Every session is a dialogue. I listen and write everything up to make a map of your issue, I ask questions if allowed, and offer proven tools that encourage change without judgment. Clients often describe the process as simple, natural, and surprisingly effective.
