About Dr Kishanthan
Hi! I’m a fully qualified doctor, and alongside my medical career, I have a deep passion for teaching and mentoring. I’ve been tutoring since a young age, helping students achieve top grades and secure places in competitive fields like Medicine, Dentistry, and Engineering. My students have excelled from 11+ exams all the way to A-Levels, and I take great pride in their success—not just academically, but in preparing them for life. I’ve always loved working with people and inspiring others to reach their full potential. Throughout university, I taught and mentored students, an experience I found incredibly rewarding. Now, as a newly qualified doctor, I want to continue making an impact beyond the hospital, guiding students to achieve their ambitions. My journey has had its challenges—I recently overcame cancer, which has given me a unique perspective on resilience, determination, and the importance of making the most of every opportunity. I bring this mindset into my teaching, helping students build confidence, overcome obstacles, and develop skills that will benefit them long after their exams. Outside of medicine and tutoring, I’m passionate about acting and filmmaking, and I’m actively involved in a short film production company. I also love staying active, playing football, hitting the gym, and exploring the world, I recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Southeast Asia!
