Hi My name Is Himanshu Gangwar. I am Govt Certified Fitness Trainer . (CFT+CPT+CNS) From MIFI Academy . I am Here To Teach Gym Exercise Techniques/Easy Techniques. Here are some basic concepts to understand when starting out at the gym:
