About Aubrey
I absolutely love helping students learn and grow! I have five years of tutoring experience, as well as experience teaching at summer camps and coaching.
I have tutored a wide range of math levels, from elementary school through high school, and I am also open to other tutoring requests.
Having attended a college-prep boarding high school and now being a university student, I have a lot of experience with interviews, essays, and other parts of competitive applications. I also traveled to over 10 cities in China as an education consultant to share insight and guidance on the application process, so I have experience in this realm.

I typically like to schedule an initial meeting to establish a connection with my student and their parents. In this meeting, I also aim to understand where the student is academically, what their goals are, and which specific areas they would like to focus on. From there, I create detailed lesson plans tailored to what will be most beneficial for the student and what will best prepare them for the upcoming school year.
Whether or not I assign homework is up to the family. However, I generally like to create and assign weekly homework, and I always keep my inbox open for any questions!
In addition, I offer college and high school application support. This includes but is not limited to interview practice, application guidance, and essay help.
