Although I loved studying Biology as a degree, I found learning Science tough at first, to me it was a completely different language, and I'm sure you probably feel the same way too. But there are actually simpler ways of learning, and my aim is to make it easy for you to learn and support you to reach your goals!
A very important aspect of my classes will be to help you "understand" the concepts before memorising them.
I divide my classes in several parts:
1. Understanding
I begin with first explaining the topic and sub-topics on a broader level. Once I and the student are confident with the foundational knowledge, I move on to explain the more difficult concepts. While I move ahead, I keep revisiting the previous concepts to establish a solid understanding of the topics.
2. Revision
Every week, I conduct a mini-exam of the topics covered in that past week. After every 4 weeks, I hold a mock exam for the topics covered in that past month.
3. Exam
Going over the important topics and revising the concepts again till the student is confident in their knowledge.
