About Lucy
Hi! I’m a Qualified Secondary Teacher holding a First-Class Honours degree with extensive experience supporting SEN learners, school refusers, and neurodivergent adults.
Beyond my professional educational background, I have personal, lived experience navigating neurodiversity. I know how painful it is to feel trapped in task paralysis, constantly fighting against your own brain, and feeling like your full potential is always just out of reach. I also know how transformative it is to receive the right kind of structured, empathetic support from someone who truly understands.
My approach is completely non-judgemental, low-pressure, and adaptable. I don't expect you to "fix" your brain; instead, I provide the external focus, encouragement, and scaffolding you need so you can stop wishing you were achieving your goals and finally start realising your true potential.

A calm, low-demand, and non-judgemental space to break task paralysis, clear backlogs, and actually get your high-priority work done.
If you have ADHD, autism, or executive dysfunction, you know the exhausting cycle: staring at a blank screen, feeling overwhelmed by a messy inbox or project, pushing tasks off until panic sets in, and feeling like you're constantly failing despite trying twice as hard as everyone else.
Generic productivity hacks like "just turn off your phone" or "use a planner" don't work for neurodivergent brains. What actually works is body doubling, external accountability, and compassionate scaffolding.
As a Qualified Teacher and SEN support specialist who has navigated neurodiversity firsthand, I provide live 1-on-1 virtual body doubling, task-breakdown coaching, and administrative co-working. I act as your grounded focus partner—sitting with you while you work, helping you break overwhelming projects into 15-minute micro-steps, and keeping you momentum-driven without judgement or shame.
What We Can Work On Together:
1-on-1 Live Body Doubling: Sitting with you via video call while you work through admin backlogs, emails, tax returns, writing, household organising, or studying.
Task Initiation & Project Scaffolding: Turning massive, ambiguous projects (dissertations, work reports, course modules, or job applications) into clear, colour-coded, step-by-step action plans.
Executive Function & Workflow Coaching: Finding realistic, low-demand systems for scheduling, priority sorting, and energy management that fit your specific brain wiring.
Access to Work (AtW) Support: Providing structured support worker / strategy assistant services for clients using UK DWP Access to Work grant funding.
Who This Is For: Adults/Children with ADHD/Autism, University & Postgraduate Students, Freelancers, Educators, and Remote Professionals.
