I have over 28 years experience in computer networks, the majority in large scale, complex networks. I have experience in design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of large, complex networks spanning large geographic areas. I also have experience in Linux and Windows Server systems.

My method of teaching is to answer questions with leading questions, in an attempt to help the student come to the answer on their own, without directly just giving the answer. Those who research and are not just spoon fed learn far more.
