About Nick
I’m a master’s graduate, 500-hour certified yoga teacher, and long-time global brand and merchandising professional with experience leading presentations and working in high-pressure corporate environments. My studies have included time training in India, Bali, and Europe where I explored traditional yoga and breath practices firsthand. I combine practical professional experience with breathwork, body awareness, and nervous system coaching to help people slow down, reconnect, and perform with greater clarity under stress.
