About Amir
I am a negotiation, leadership, and crisis management professional with over 20 years of experience working in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
Throughout my career, I have led teams, managed complex situations, participated in sensitive negotiations, and developed practical approaches to communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
My experience combines operational leadership with academic research and professional training. I have designed and delivered training in negotiation, leadership, crisis management, communication, and team development for professionals from different backgrounds and cultures.
What I bring to my lessons is not only theory, but real-world experience. I believe effective negotiation is about understanding people, their interests, motivations, culture, communication style, and behavior while remaining clear about your own objectives.
My teaching approach is practical, structured, and highly interactive. I use real cases, simulations, role-play, and lessons learned from years of leadership and negotiation experience.
Whether you are a student, manager, entrepreneur, executive, or professional preparing for an important negotiation, my goal is to help you become a more confident negotiator, communicator, and leader.
