About AJ
I’m a patient, approachable tutor who enjoys helping students understand difficult ideas and feel more confident in their abilities. I’m motivated by seeing that moment when something finally clicks and a student realizes they can do it. I don’t believe you need to be an expert in everything to be a great teacher; I believe honesty, preparation, clear explanations, and a willingness to adapt are just as important. My goal is to meet you at your current level, explain things in a way that makes sense to you, and help you make steady progress without making you feel judged or overwhelmed.
