About Maren
I am a Bali-based yoga teacher and freediving instructor with a background in microbiology and a strong passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. My calm and positive nature is often reflected in my teaching, and I love sharing this sense of ease, balance, and inspiration with those I work with.

I really recommend you to do a course with Maren
Maren has been my neighbour in different places in Asia and we had the chance to do some nice trips together. Also I have been freediving with her. She is just a beautiful human being, always listening and with a big smile on her face. She has a lot of empathy and also a lot of knowledge in the freediving/breathwork area.
I really recommend you a cpurse with her!!As a freedivimg and yoga instructor, Maren has a deep knowledge of breathing and visualization techniques, and a lot of experience teaching. I know it first hand as I've seen her in action more than once! Her teaching skills are really high. Can't think of someone better to do this.
