I follow the latest scientific literature and studies as a multi-certified trainer from the National Council of Strength and Fitness, it is my job to assess my clients and provide a roadmap of their goals dialing in both resistance training and nutrition, it is an inevitable science that you will build muscle and strength following my coaching.
