As a personal trainer and coach, my teaching approach is rooted in creating a supportive and individualized experience for each client. I focus on building a strong foundation of mobility and technique before progressing to more advanced movements. My sessions emphasize functional movement, tailored strength exercises, and dynamic flexibility training to meet each individual’s unique goals. I strive to combine evidence-based practices with creative programming to make every session engaging and effective. My techniques include:

With his extensive experience in swimming, Brooks is an excellent instructor that easily makes those he works with feel safe and comfortable in the water. Brooks is knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. I appreciate that before each lesson, he already has a plan curated for each individual he works with. In addition, I appreciate that he has previously instructed for a wide range of ages and skill levels.
Brooks coached my daughter 2 Seasons of Summer League swim team and worked with her privately/one on one. He was amazing! My daughter absolutely loves him and she improved so much under his coaching. He was patient, fun and did a great job communicating at her level. She still talks about him and says she hopes he will be back to coach her next Summer.
