About Yacin
Hey Everyone
I'm here to share my passion for a true health, building muscle and strength with the best combination of exercise, nutrition and sleep. The gym is only 33% when it comes to bodybuilding!
I've trained for a long time and did countless hours of research on different types of exercises, how to do them, how many times, what are the best nutrients, what are the cheap and natural sources to find them, what to eat and at what time and many other details that makes the gym way more efficient and you will see results much faster than what you used to, and the beauty of it is; it's all natural and you won't have to worry about kidney failures or other crazy side effects of powder overdose or digestion problems....
My body is the proof that you can get a good physical shape without taking any of the powders and other "Supplements" that are supposed to make you healthier "Quicker!"

My classes are made to get you to achieve your body building and fitness targets,
1 evaluate your physical level and what you are currently doing
2 know what is the goal you have in mind and what time frame
3 get you a bit of additional information about what you are doing right and what you need to keep doing, adding the missing parts that you need to know in order to reach your goal
4 define a program for you
You will learn about the body, how to listen to it and avoid injuries
I welcome your feedback and i hope i can change the way you do things to the better and of course i want to see you progressing so you need to keep sending few pictures as you go along! hehe .. as you prefer .. but that would give me satisfaction that i did my job right :)
