About Irsa
I am a native Urdu speaker with experience in home tutoring and a genuine interest in helping students improve their language skills. I enjoy teaching Urdu because it is a language where small differences in pronunciation, word choice, sentence structure, and writing can make a big difference in understanding.
My approach to teaching comes from working directly with students and seeing that each learner has different strengths and difficulties. I am patient, approachable, and responsible, and I take the time to understand what a student actually needs rather than assuming that one teaching style will work for everyone.
Alongside Urdu, my academic background in Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) has strengthened my communication, discipline, and ability to explain information clearly. I take my tutoring commitments seriously and aim to build a professional relationship based on consistency, respect, and trust with both students and parents.

I teach Urdu with a focus on practical understanding, correct pronunciation, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and everyday communication. Since Urdu is my native language, I can help students understand not only the textbook material but also how Urdu is naturally spoken and written.
I first assess the student's current level and identify whether they need more help with reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, or speaking. I then structure lessons around those areas instead of following exactly the same method for every student.
I have experience providing home tuition to school students and understand the importance of adapting lessons to the student's age and academic level. My lessons are suitable for students , as well as beginners who want to improve their basic Urdu skills.
I also provide support with schoolwork, homework, assignments, revision, and exam preparation. My aim is to help students become comfortable using Urdu independently rather than simply memorizing answers for a test.
