As a fourth-year university student in Vancouver with a solid background in Chinese from elementary through high school, I’m passionate about helping others learn Cantonese and Mandarin. Techniques: practical application, personalized feedback, and interactive learning.
A typical lesson plan:
1. Warm-up session (brief conversation/review of previous material)
2. Introduction of new material and exercises/ game section
3. Recap of key concepts
I offer lessons based on the student's learning pace and level of proficiency. Cultural context, slang, and trends can be included. Lessons are available for both Cantonese and Mandarin.
Lessons are suitable for all levels. I can focus on casual conversation or academic language, depending on the student's goals.
