About Morrison
Pacing begins with the rhythm of a conversation flowing naturally between two people. Imagine the sound of a clear, confident voice discussing business Spanish or travel plans in a cafe. My 9 years of experience inform how I provide feedback on accent and intonation during our sessions.
I emphasize reading comprehension and conversational fluency to ensure that you feel prepared for any social situation. Because I have spent 15 years gigging in Latin pop and Tex-Mex bands, I integrate cultural context into every single interaction. We will tackle the nuances of Latin American speech patterns together during our time.

Teaching Spanish emerged from my own life as a self-taught guitarist who performed for 15 years in Tex-Mex circuits. It is an honest confession that I never expected to build a career around language tutoring. Over 9 years of active teaching, I have refined my ability to explain subtle cultural contexts to intermediate learners.
My background includes a deep familiarity with both Latin American and Castilian variants. Helping students navigate professional interview preparation remains a central part of my daily work. I enjoy sharing idioms and everyday expressions that truly bring the language to life for adults.
Beyond the grammar, I offer free access to my personal vocabulary and grammar notes for all my students. Watching newcomers gain confidence is the most rewarding part of my life.
