Lola is a reliable and experienced tutor, with a great deal of understanding of her student's needs. Before the classes, Lola was very quick in responding to my queries and made me feel reassured with her professionalism. Lola took into consideration my needs, level, goals, and interests. The lesson was student-centered, providing me with the tools to self-correct and therefore increase my fluency. She also provided great support, giving very clear explanations and expanding my vocabulary along the way. Lola made me feel very relaxed from the offset - she is friendly, approachable and has a great sense of humour!
