About Mathilde
I'm a native French speaker from Paris, and I've called London home for the past 11 years.
I came to the UK to study PPE at UCL, which sharpened both my analytical thinking and my love of clear, precise communication, skills I now use every day working in political consulting and public affairs.
Outside of work, I'm a keen pianist, which has taught me a lot about patience and the value of steady, consistent practice
I take real pride in being professional, reliable, and genuinely invested in my students' progress. Learning a language should feel encouraging, not intimidating, and I'm here to make sure it does.

Bonjour! I'm a native French speaker from Paris, living in London for the past 11 years. I work in public affairs, and alongside my career I love helping people build real confidence in French whether that's for travel, work, family, or just personal enjoyment.
I teach learners of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students wanting to polish their fluency, and I tailor each lesson to what you actually want to get out of it: conversation practice, grammar fundamentals, exam preparation, or professional French for work.
Having lived between both cultures for over a decade, I know exactly where English speakers tend to get stuck and how to explain things in a way that actually clicks.
