I prefer the old-school way which means I use a notebook and pen when teaching, but I can also use a whiteboard or online sketchbook to make it accessible.
The teaching method is chatting and profound knowledge is provided in the talk.

Perfect! Ivan is incredibly friendly and comfortable. He is encouraging when you do well in your participation, but also constructive when it comes to feedback.
