About Nayeon
Hi, I am Nayeon, a native Korean tutor born and raised in Seoul and now living in Paris. Teaching is the part of my week I look forward to the most, especially that moment when a student suddenly hears a whole sentence and just understands it.
I am patient, encouraging and organized: every lesson is prepared in advance, with clear notes you can keep and review between sessions. I teach in English and Korean and I adapt my speed to your level, never the other way around.
Whether you are starting from zero or already picking up words from K-dramas, you will feel comfortable making mistakes with me. That is exactly how you learn to speak.

My lessons are built around real Korean you can use straight away, not textbook sentences you will never say.
Together we can work on:
- Everyday conversation and listening
- Natural pronunciation and intonation
- Grammar and vocabulary explained simply
- Reading and writing Hangul
- Korean culture, K-pop, K-dramas and everyday slang
I keep it simple: clear explanations, lots of repetition and real situations, so you progress at your own pace without pressure. Every lesson is adapted to your goal, whether that is travelling to Korea, preparing TOPIK, chatting with Korean friends or following a drama without subtitles.
Complete beginners are very welcome, and so are students who already know some Korean and want to finally speak with confidence.
