About Yas
Hello! My name is Yas, and I am a native Japanese speaker who enjoys helping students learn Japanese in a supportive and engaging environment.
I have experience teaching Japanese to students from different backgrounds and levels. My goal is to help learners build confidence while developing practical communication skills. I believe language learning should be both effective and enjoyable, so I create lessons that are interactive, clear, and tailored to each student’s needs.
As a teacher, I focus on helping students understand how Japanese is actually used in daily life. I guide students step by step so they can improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Japanese culture.
I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping each student succeed. Seeing students grow in confidence and ability is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

My teaching approach combines conversation practice, clear grammar explanations, and cultural insights. I believe students learn best when they actively use the language, so I encourage speaking from the beginning while providing step-by-step support.
A typical lesson may include reviewing useful vocabulary and grammar, practicing conversation through role-play or real-life scenarios, and improving pronunciation and listening skills. My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, including students who want to improve conversation, prepare for travel, understand Japanese culture, or develop practical communication skills.
