About Fed
Italian and Mediterranean Cooking Tutor in Glasgow. I grew up in Rome in a family devoted to good food, I experienced other gastronomic cultures when in Spain and Greece.
I'm especially passionate about teaching skills, communicating the importance of food and the stories of how different ingredients have come together in well-loved recipes.
When I'm not extolling the virtues of ancient grains, I'm to be found working in various festivals and events in Scotland (and elsewhere), all the while spreading the good word of Slow Food

The best way of learning a language is simply through speaking it. I put strong emphasis on practice and oral training – listening and speaking. Most of the lesson time is oral practice consisting of a controlled dialogue in which I ask questions based on previously introduced vocabulary and grammar. In this way, the new material is learned both in practice and in proper context.
