About Daniella
I am a young adult from Southeastern Nigeria who deeply appreciates my roots and has had the opportunity to experience life both at home and abroad. Growing up, I sometimes took Igbo for granted because I heard and spoke it so often. However, when I moved to the Netherlands and experienced a completely different culture, I began to truly appreciate my own. I found myself missing the language, culture, history, and sense of connection that came with it.
I cannot share everything about Igbo culture in one lesson, so I believe in reaching people one person at a time. Through teaching, I can share my knowledge and experiences with people who want to discover Igbo, reconnect with their heritage, or simply learn about a beautiful language and culture. That is what inspires me to teach.

I offer a warm, patient, and supportive learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Whether you are completely new to Igbo or already have some knowledge, I will start from your current level and guide you toward greater confidence.
Language is about communication, so my lessons will focus on both speaking and writing. I will teach you practical words, expressions, and sentences that you can use in everyday conversations and different aspects of daily life. I also want my students to understand and appreciate Igbo culture and heritage through the language. My goal is for every lesson to leave you feeling more confident, curious, and excited to continue learning Igbo.
