About Sofia
Hello, I’m Sofia, a native German speaker who has lived in Ireland for three years. I grew up and studied in Germany, which has given me a strong command of both written and spoken German, as well as a deep understanding of German grammar, structure, and expression. Since I also completed the German Leaving Certificate here in Ireland (100%, H1), I have a unique insight into the specific demands of the Irish exam system. This background allows me to support students effectively, both through a native speaker’s perspective and with an awareness of how English speakers approach language learning.

Perfect! Sophia is a fantastic German tutor! My 10-year-old son, Richard, had a brilliant lesson with her. Sofia is probably the best German tutor you could get, ever!
