About Lea
My name is Lea, I grew up in Hamburg and study French & History at University of Edinburgh.
I have previous experience in tutoring French and I love to support students on their language-learning journey as I completely understand how confusing and intimidating a new language can be.

My approach to teaching is student-centred and flexible. I take each learner’s personal needs, goals, and learning style into account, as everyone learns differently. I like to adapt my lessons to suit visual, auditory, or conversational learners and I am always happy to adjust my methods if something works better for the student.
I also provide practical language-learning tips that students can use outside of lessons to build confidence and improve steadily. My goal is to create a supportive and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and progressing at their own pace.

Perfect! My lessons so far were great. Lea is a very knowledgeable tutor, as she knows a great deal regarding the grammar and she is very flexible and can adapt to your language skills and goals. She is exceptional at practicing dialogues and helping you sound more authentic.
