I am a student of English and history from Germany. I got my bachelor's degree and I am currently working on my master's studies to become a secondary school teacher. I also have over 4 years of experience teaching German as a foreign language to refugees and students in Germany. Currently, I am working as a teaching assistant in Kilkenny.

As a German language teacher, I would focus on personalized, interactive methods to improve language skills. First, I’d assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement. Emphasizing real-life contexts, we’d practice conversational German, focusing on everyday situations and vocabulary. Engaging activities like role-play, games, and discussions would enhance speaking fluency. Grammar and vocabulary would be integrated naturally, with sentence builders for clarity. Regular feedback, positive reinforcement, and addressing individual difficulties would keep students motivated, building both confidence and proficiency in German step by step.
