About Laetitia
My name is Laetitia, a Latin name that means ‘joy.’
From Paris, I moved to Australia several years ago.
From the moment I started teaching, watching people improve their skills and gain the ability to communicate has been the most rewarding experience, and I’ve never stopped since. You all have a great reason to improve your skills, and I would love to be part of your journey.
I have been teaching languages for 5 years, including English grammar, which helps me easily identify false friends and explain why certain mistakes occur. Fortunately, much of English vocabulary is connected to French, though the grammar follows a different logic — something we can explore together! I design engaging and effective learning experiences tailored to your needs.
À bientôt!

There is a French word I love: ludique. It means learning in a playful way, which is exactly how I believe lessons should be. My classes can last from 1 to 3 hours, depending on what suits you best. Together, we choose topics that spark your curiosity to keep you engaged and motivated to learn more. Whenever possible, I like to create interactive and engaging activities.
I teach all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Depending on your goals, we can focus on specific areas, including speaking and pronunciation, listening comprehension, reading, writing, grammar and sentence structure, vocabulary acquisition, cultural context, and immersion through interaction.
(The hourly rate includes 1 full hour of lesson delivery plus the time spent preparing the lesson.)

Laetitia is not only a fantastic teacher, but a really great person. She plans and delivers well thought out lessons which allow for plenty of fun (where we learn most effectively), while also being able to answer any doubts that students may have - her grammar explanations are always on point! She has helped me so much with my pronunciation and my interest in languages has grown from conversations we’ve shared regarding language and culture. I couldn’t recommend Laeti’s classes enough!
Laetitia is a fantastic teacher. Each lesson is fun and engaging while also being very well structured. She gives space to her students to play with the language (when we learn best) and her explanations of grammar and vocabulary are always on point. French class is something I look forward to every week. Highly recommended.
Amazing lesson with Laetitia, so comfortable even if I’m not that good ! She made me so better !
Laetitia is a wonderful teacher! She is patient, friendly, and always makes lessons enjoyable and fun. I’ve been studying with her for a year and improved both my skills and my confidence so much. I always look forward to our lessons each week.
