About Ammarik
I am a 20-year-old girl who arrived in Barcelona in January 2021. I am learning Spanish now for my third language. So, I know very well the process of learning a new language.
The most important element is to establish trust between us. Indeed, the worst thing about learning a language is judging yourself and being afraid of making mistakes. With me, there is no problem of shame, we are together to learn and improve no matter the level.
I prefer friendly and relaxed contacts, to make ourselves comfortable and approach difficulties without haste.

My name is Ammarik, I am a 21-year-old French girl living in Barcelona for a year and a half. I came here for an Erasmus and like every student passing through Barcelona, I didn't want to leave anymore. I am a very nice and cool person with whom you will not get bored learning. I am someone relaxed with whom you can remove the fear and shame that we all have learning a new language. I dedicate myself to music: I'm an author, I sing and rap in English and French and now a bit in Spanish too ;) You can find what I do by searching for "ammarik" on soundcloud.
My methodology is very simple: to learn a new language is to return to the level of a baby discovering the world. The first steps of a baby to learn to speak are the recognition and understanding of sounds, so the first thing we will do is learn to read aloud so that you quickly become familiar with how the language sounds. Like a baby, we are going to discover little by little the environment that surrounds you, starting with themes such as home, family and your identity: that is, all the fixed things that will make you speak to the present. Growing up, the baby becomes a child with memories and we will address topics such as trips and vacations that will make you speak to the past. And finally, a child who is able to talk about his present and his past can project himself into the future so that we can talk about your ambitions and your plans!
What brings me closer to you is that being a foreigner, I also went back to being a baby when I arrived in Barcelona, so I UNDERSTAND YOU. I learned to remove my embarrassment and try as best I could to express myself by making mistakes. This is how I managed to master English and Spanish as I do now. Nothing is magic and everything comes with time and without pressure. If you want to have a good time, relaxed yet efficient, here you found the teacher you were missing!

Me ayudó sobre todo en la gramatica y como es una persona nativa me enseño a pronunciar correctamente. Sin duda alguna os la recomiendo, cien por cien!
