About Alexandra
Hi! I am a native French speaker from France, currently based in the UK (8 years).
I am a chemist by training and I am currently exploring a potential transition into teaching. I am using tutoring as a first step to gain experience and see if this path is the right fit for me. I enjoy explaining concepts clearly and helping others build confidence in their learning. Outside of work, I love travelling, food, and hiking. I could happily talk for hours about different countries I have visited, discovering new cultures, trying local dishes, and sharing travel experiences.

I am beginning my journey as a French tutor and offer lessons for beginners to advanced learners. I can help with conversation practice, grammar, and exam preparation (GCSE/A-Level), depending on your needs.
I previously worked as a university demonstrator, where I supported students in learning and understanding complex topics. This helped me develop a clear and patient teaching style.
My goal is to make French learning practical, enjoyable, and adapted to each student’s pace and objectives.
