About Riles
I’m a relaxed, friendly and approachable tutor, and my main goal is simple: to help every student improve. I want my lessons to feel comfortable and enjoyable, so students can ask questions, make mistakes and build their confidence without feeling pressured.
I can use my experience to help students understand French more easily and improve their exam performance.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, a school student, a GCSE or A-level student or simply looking to improve your French, I’ll adapt each lesson to your level and focus on the areas where you need the most help.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, relaxed and personalised to each student. I use a mixture of conversation, repetition, practical exercises and clear explanations to make French easy and enjoyable to learn. Lessons are typically 45–60 minutes long and are adapted to each student’s goals and level.
I achieved full marks in GCSE French Higher and received an A**, making it the highest-performing GCSE grades you can achieve. This has given me a strong understanding of French and GCSE exam techniques.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, school students, GCSE students and anyone looking to improve their French, whether that’s speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading or writing.
