About Maria
I am a native Spanish speaker with a strong background in education. I bring over 7 years of teaching experience in U.S. schools, where I worked as a kindergarten teacher, and I’m also a trained veterinarian—so I understand the importance of discipline, responsibility, and clear communication. My approach to tutoring is structured, supportive, and student-centered. I always come prepared with customized lessons tailored to each learner’s goals, whether it’s mastering conversation, grammar, pronunciation, or building confidence from the ground up. I take pride in being punctual, reliable, and professional, and I’m fully committed to helping my students succeed. My experience with children and adults alike means I can adapt to different learning styles and create a safe, encouraging environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and making progress. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve fluency, I’m here to guide you every step of the way—with patience, clarity, and a genuine passion for teaching Spanish.

My approach is friendly, patient, and flexible, and I aim to make learning Spanish feel natural and enjoyable. I use real-life examples, visual aids, games, and cultural insights to bring the language to life. I offer: One-on-one or small group lessons Support with grammar, conversation, and pronunciation Lessons for kids, teens, or adults Online or in-person sessions Whether you’re learning Spanish for travel, school, work, or personal growth, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way.
