My teaching technic follows this: respect—influence—guide—change. I respect every student’s thought, I listen to them then communicate with them. Later, I get to know them. I know how to influence them, how to guide them. Eventually, changes happen, they get improved. At the same time, having regular conversation with their parents is also essential.
