About Julie
I am a British native from Yorkshire. I have been in France since 2009 following my studies at the University of Leicester. I have a degree in French and Spanish with a certificate to teach English as a foreign language (CELTA). I fully understand the difficulties people have when learning a language. I have been teaching professionals either individually or in small groups, of all levels, since 2015. I use a variety of authentic and real supports and materials. I am also familiar with the TOEIC, BULAT / Linguaskill, Bright etc. language tests. and I can help you prepare them. I teach mostly online via Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams.

I will help you gain the confidence you need to communicate in English using a professional and friendly pedagogical method. We will discuss your goals together during our first meeting in order to finalize a program which will develop your knowledge. We will also establish how you can achieve the level you desire. According to your preferences, the program can include written expression, oral expression, vocabulary and grammar, English culture, preparation for exams, conversation, Business English, etc. I use an immersion method which means, if you are able, we will only speak in English, therefore you can make the most of your lessons to improve your speaking and comprehension skills.
