I could read English OK but was insecure about my speaking. I needed to give some presentations to international clients at work and was feeling really unprepared. I started working with Poonam on a friend's recommendation and wow, what a difference. She is very skilled and patient with all my mistakes, I've learned so much in such a short time with her.
