About Antonela
My name is Antonela and I am 22 years old. I have lived in the UK all of my life, however I have kept in touch with my Albanian roots, giving me a good balance between my English and Albanian.
I have a passion for teaching, especially my own language, as Albanian sits on its own language branch and it’s a very expressive and beautiful language, therefore I hope to share my skills with my students to help them develop their language skills!

As an individual, I have always had a passion for teaching and helping people develop academically, one example of this is that I volunteered in Thailand in 2019 to teach primary school children English. My role was to plan and execute lesson that were appropriate for each age group whilst making it as interacting as possible.
When it comes to Albanian, I understand the challenges in learning the language due to the grammar, however I will always work to the students pace so they can get the maximum from my lessons. My methodology will be adapted to fit how my students pick up information best as everyone has different styles of learning and it is important to consider this when teaching a language.
