About Rae
I have several hours of shadowing experience at an acclaimed gym, I've been running my own private training business on the side, and I have been educated on FMS (functional movement screen), as well as I am on the way to be certified as a corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. I am also working on getting certified as a strength and conditioning specialist.

A typical first client session involves movement assessments, going over your goals and motivations, and really locking in on what we can do to make the best program for your best results. I am a certified trainer, with expertise in corrective exercise. I can work with all different types of people, body types, and stages of life.
