I am dedicated to helping women heal, make peace with their bodies, eating habits and step into their best selves.
My Women Academy program involves a blend of deep self discovery, dance, fitness and mind work to create a massive shift in the lives of the women I work with.
My goal is to help women who are ready to break the circle and experience the love and life they deserve. I utilise a number of techniques and my own personal knowledge of having been through toxic relationships, business disappointments and setbacks which in turn have allowed me to offer a one of a kind coaching experience.
