About Sanjo
Hi, my name is Sanjo and I'm a second year Aerospace Engineering student at the University of Liverpool, with a passion for Maths.
Through my degree, I work extensively with Maths, which gives me a strong understanding of the subject and its real-world application. I tutor GCSE students and will focus on making challenging subjects more manageable.
I believe every student has the potential to succeed in maths and physics with the correct teacher and I will aim to create a relaxing environment that fosters every student's curiosity and learning.
In my sessions, I will concatenate challenging topics and work through them step by step to improve the core fundamentals and improve the understanding of topics such as algebra and trigonometry. I will support every student to improve exam technique and work through past paper questions to improve their confidence.
Whether the student is aiming to pass or achieve the top grades, I will support them in bringing out their full potential.

My tutoring sessions are reliant on meticulous planning and preparation that centres around a two-part lesson. The first of which is reliant on guided demonstration of the topic followed by guided practice to ensure that everything that was covered is retained effectively. Every task will be broken down into manageable portions that are tailored to every student's own expectations and abilities, through which we can build confidence and encourage them to not feel overwhelmed. Every student's progress will be measured through the supported practice and past papers as well as exam-style questions will be used to support and effectively learn. Finally, I will provide a supportive atmosphere for the most effective learning and taking steps towards each student's goals.
