I work with several types of clients, of different ages and with objectives such as: Loss of fat mass, increase of muscle mass, muscular toning, improvement of physical condition and health, etc. I am a Personal trainer passionate about physical exercise and when you train with me you will have the guarantee that the focus is on you, helping you to feel good and achieving your goals.

INVEST IN YOURSELF! Outdoor training in green zones (park Jamor, Miraflores, Monsanto, Amadora, Queluz, university town, etc.) and beaches or workout in your home, whichever you prefer. Objectives: - Improvement of physical condition and health - Increase of muscle mass - Loss of fat mass - Muscle tuning - Strength increase and muscular power - Recovery of injuries Special training for special population: - Elderly - Diabetic - Hypertensive - obesity - Rheumatic Conditions Service Details (Session 1h-1h15): - Physical evaluation - Body composition evaluation (Bioimpedance test) - Training session - Preparation of training plan
