About Dan
I’m Dan, 33 years old. Passion for music but also have a big passion for fitness. Knowledge is power and I own the knowledge. I’m a chatty lad and always like to make people feel at ease! Training is difficult but also fun! Working out is all about doing things you enjoy doing! Yes, no pain no gain but I love to work out! I used to hate it! But I enjoy it now. Once you start seeing results you always wanted you’ll love it!

Firstly I will prioritise the client's needs and work out exactly what it is they want to achieve. I offer 1 free hour lesson just to get to know the client and make them feel at ease. We will go through your goals and work out your experience level and decide the right programme for you. My lessons will be £30 per session. Sessions are 1 hour. I also do block bookings which will work out £275 for 10 sessions. I love to work out and I love to give my knowledge to other people to achieve their goals. I’m a fun, easy-going chatty guy. I’ll make you feel at ease even if you’re anxious about working out. I was that person once! But I came through it! I'm based in Belvedere in south London and am willing to travel. Mostly outdoor sessions also include boxercise too.
