I believe in fostering a strong foundation in fundamental concepts, gradually building complexity while maintaining a practical, application-based focus. Real-world examples from mechanical engineering provide context and relevance, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Interactive discussions, problem-solving exercises, and visual aids play a pivotal role in enhancing comprehension and retention.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Each session begins with a brief review of previous concepts, reinforcing continuity and ensuring retention. I introduce new material in manageable increments, breaking down complex ideas into easily digestible components. Problem-solving exercises, both theoretical and applied, form the core of the lesson. These exercises range from fundamental to advanced, allowing the student to gradually master the subject matter.
Towards the end of each session, we engage in a comprehensive review, addressing any lingering questions or challenges. Homework assignments are carefully chosen to reinforce learning and prepare the student for upcoming material.
