Teaching Methodology and Techniques:
My approach as a tutor is rooted in a dynamic and personalised methodology. I begin by assessing the student's current grasp of mathematical concepts, identifying strengths and areas needing improvement. This diagnostic step allows me to tailor my teaching to their unique needs.
I believe in fostering a strong foundation in fundamental concepts, gradually building complexity while maintaining a practical, application-based focus. Real-world examples from mechanical engineering provide context and relevance, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Interactive discussions, problem-solving exercises, and visual aids play a pivotal role in enhancing comprehension and retention.

Typical Lesson Plan:
Each session begins with a brief review of previous concepts, reinforcing continuity and ensuring retention. I introduce new material in manageable increments, breaking down complex ideas into easily digestible components. Problem-solving exercises, both theoretical and applied, form the core of the lesson. These exercises range from fundamental to advanced, allowing the student to gradually master the subject matter.
Towards the end of each session, we engage in a comprehensive review, addressing any lingering questions or challenges. Homework assignments are carefully chosen to reinforce learning and prepare the student for upcoming material.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor:
As a Student Masters graduate in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a depth of subject-specific knowledge that enriches my teaching. This enables me to contextualise mathematical principles within the broader framework for any student, offering a practical perspective often missing from standard coursework.
Furthermore, my experience as a graduate student equips me with insights into effective study strategies, time management, and resource utilisation, which I readily share with my students. This holistic approach ensures not only improved mathematical proficiency but also enhanced overall academic performance.

Who the Lessons Are For:
These lessons are tailored for the students who want to learn Math 30-1, especially those seeking to strengthen their mathematical foundation. To avoid the feeling of math as a hard subject for the students. Teaching in a way that student feels it like a game.
By focusing on the unique needs of students in this field, I provide a targeted, specialised approach that complements their advanced studies and sets them on a trajectory towards Best of the students in the school.
